                                                                          to insignificant souls, there are

that they are the possessors of this

which You rest. Just like them, we too
have been able to reach You, leaving
our feminism and realizing that there is no other prescribed path other than You. O Swamy! Wake up.
Open your eyes slowly like the round chiming bells that have a small slit in the centre, like the red-lotuses

that have just begun to bloom slowly. Please open Your eyes slowly such that we are able to bear the
brilliance, and shower Your divine glances on us. Your eyes are radiating brilliant cool luster, just like the
rising of the sun and the moon together. If we are graced with those beautiful eyes then all our present-
sins that are responsible for our separation would be destroyed and we would obtain the boon of Your

         association.

its mountain den in rainy season) wakes up, spreads its
sharp looks in all four directions, rolls over repeatedly as
its fragrant mane hair stands erect, gets up and shakes

off its entire body, slowly stretches its body, suddenly
roars and comes out walking out of its den - similarly O!
Swamy with the body glow matching Athasi flower! To
bless us, come out of your palace, adorn the beautifully

decorated, victorious, best throne, enquire the reason for
our arrival and grant us our wishes!

When King Bali seized the kingdoms of the de:vathas,
O! Lord! You approached Bali to suppress his ego and begged him for charity. Then You grew very
large and measured the 3 rough worlds with Your divine feet. We offer mangalam (blessings) to those
